According to the books of the 38-year-old French writer, Musso are shot films, one of them, “After …” (Eksmo, 2012), even awarded the prize in France as “Best Screen Roman”. The new novel confirms his “scenario” ability to verify the pace of shift, as in good cinema. As a result, it is impossible to tear yourself away from the book, as from the screen, until it is dosmo … you will not read it to the end. The story of Julett Bomon, a young actress who came from France to New York to look for happiness, turns into a detective, then turns into a mystical thriller, and ends … melodrama. But fascination is not the only dignity of the novel. It has a sincere, albeit naive, an attempt to look beyond the edge, to realize that at some point it is necessary to let go of the past. To part with him does not mean to forget – for Musso, who himself miraculously survived in a car accident, this thought is very important. He knows what he is talking about.
